Walter BenoitSenior Project Manager & Shareholder
Prior to joining Noonan Brothers Painting in 2012, Walt spent over 20 years specifying paint & coatings for The Sherwin-Williams Company. Walt’s experience & expertise make him an invaluable resource who identifies and fulfills the painting needs of his clients. This dedication and commitment to excellence create a loyal & trusting partnership between Walt and his customers. Outside of the office, Walt enjoys camping and boating with his family in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

AJ BoucherField Supervisor
AJ got his start in the paint industry as a painter in 1987 and began working at Noonan Brothers Painting in 2016. Over the years, he has applied nearly every type & technology of paint & coatings to practically every type of substrate. The diversity of AJ’s knowledge & experiences is an asset to customers and he serves as a valuable resource to the team of painters in the field. AJ enjoys motivating & coaching people while at work and on the soccer & softball fields. He volunteers as president of the Hampstead, NH Association of Softball and Baseball. When the snow flies, one can find AJ snowmobiling across northern New England.

Jeff FerreiraChief Executive Officer
Jeff joined Noonan Brothers Painting in 2011 bringing over three decades of experience in construction and commercial painting to the company. As CEO, Jeff oversees all daily operations in addition to developing & executing the company’s business strategies to achieve its short-term and long-term goals. His hands-on approach provides leadership & motivation thus creating an exciting, supportive environment to work in. Through constant analysis and evaluation, Jeff demonstrates what it takes to form a true partnership with the company’s customers. A Wentworth Institute of Technology graduate, Jeff is also a member of Wentworth’s Crest Society. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing golf, traveling, cooking for & dining out with family & friends.

Peter HurleyProject Manager
Over the last 20 years, Pete has had success working in both real estate & property management. Like many of his colleagues at Noonan Brothers Painting, Pete started his paint & coatings career with Sherwin-Williams. Pete’s arrival at Noonan Brothers Painting in the summer of 2015 strengthened existing business partnerships and added to the company’s reputation for best-in-class customer service. He is a passionate sports fan and enjoys riding motorcycles in his free time.

Mike LicciardiAssistant Accounting Manager
Mike is a 2010 graduate of UMass Lowell where he earned his B.A. in Corporate Finance & Business Management. Since joining Noonan Brothers Painting in 2015, Mike has played a key part in communicating with both customers & suppliers, assisting with accounts receivable & accounts payable. He thoroughly enjoys the demands of the billing process & accomplishment of closing out a job. Outside of work, Mike runs & practices yoga. He also likes to spend time with family & friends as well as travel to destinations such as California & Europe.

Judith MartineAccounting Manager
Since coming aboard in 2010, Judy has been an indispensable member of the team. Bringing over 20 years of paint industry accounting experience, she has created the systems & processes necessary to meet the challenges of a fast-paced industry. Her skills & personality enhance the partnerships between Noonan Brothers Painting and its customers. When not at work, Judy enjoys sewing & spending time in Florida with her Shih Tzu, Olivia.

Ryan MiltnerProject Manager
Simply put, Ryan has been providing excellent customer service to his customers since he was 12 years old. Growing up in a family business, he learned the work ethic & dedication it takes to get the job done right. Joining the company in 2014, Ryan’s customers appreciate his attention to detail and can-do attitude. He knows the importance of building relationships & earning lifelong business partners. On the weekends, one can find Ryan on the shores of Lake Winnipesauke in the summer, on the slopes in the winter, & working on antique motorcycles year-round.

Cathy MorganAssistant Project Manager
After having spent 22 years with The Sherwin-Williams Company, Cathy joined the Noonan Brothers Painting team in 2011. Her organizational skills & attention to detail are unsurpassed while her customer service is legendary. Cathy’s support and smile are an integral part of the company’s success. She’s been a longtime supporter & volunteer of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Some of Cathy’s hobbies include traveling & gardening and spending time with friends & family-especially her grandson!

Dennis NoonanField Foreman & Shareholder
Dennis picked up his first paint brush at the ripe old age of 15 and has been painting ever since. His expertise lies in application of specialty coatings at the company that bears his name. Dennis’ favorite jobs are the challenging ones. He really enjoys the sense of accomplishment at the finish of a job where hard work & perseverance pays off. A car aficionado, his pride & joy is a 1970 AMC Rebel.

Sean SheehanFacility Services & Business Development
As a former supplier for the company, Sean joined the Noonan Brothers Painting team in the Spring of 2018 with over two decades of experience in the industry. He began his paint & coatings career in 1997 with the Sherwin-Williams Company and holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Sean’s product knowledge includes architectural, commercial, & industrial technologies from Benjamin Moore, Devoe Coatings, & PPG, just to name a few. He enjoys problem-solving always recommending the right products & services to meet the needs of the company’s customers. Sean & his wife, Victoria, reside in Nashua and welcomed their first child, Eoin, in December 2018. In his free time, Sean enjoys volunteering at Wanakee, rooting for Boston sports teams, traveling, golf, and being a dad.

Steve ZarakotasSenior Project Manager & Shareholder
Steve started his career in 1985 honing his skills as a painter. His application know-how and experience as a foreman in the field created a solid foundation for success as a project manager. Joining Noonan Brothers Painting in 2009, Steve has earned a reputation for consistency, reliability, and dedication. His work ethic is second to none-most days being the last to leave the office. Steve volunteers his time working on the Building on Hope projects for the company and joins his family supporting the Liberty House for homeless Veterans in Manchester. When he is not reviewing plans and writing proposals, Steve enjoys working on his house and listening to music.
